Rachel started her career in sales at 16 years old and understood that she had a natural ability to connect with customers, solve business problems, and quickly became the top salesperson in the region! Later on, she led the sales training at their quarterly meetings and provided valuable feedback to her colleagues. Fast forward a few years, and Rachel joined her next company and mostly handled customer Relationship Management (CRM). Within this new role, Rachel developed a new go-to-market strategy, created new products based on customer insights, established a national sales team, and extensively grew the customer base, which led to an increase in sales by 3000%! Additionally, she managed over 40% of the company revenue and gradually expanded the team with new territories and account segmentation to support the growth of the business. Later that year. Rachel was responsible for the sales, marketing, and customer success functions, as well as managing key accounts exceeding $1MM in annual revenue. The company grew from a small startup to one of the largest providers of the online science curriculum in the higher education space.
