What you'll be doing as a Digital Sales Director:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals leveraging a full suite of industry tools.
  • Continually build a deep understanding of client's advertising needs and provide scalable solutions
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' digital advertising objectives and challenges and provide scalable solutions
  • Present and demonstrate our digital advertising solutions to key stakeholders, showcasing the Strategus value proposition and benefits
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' digital advertising objectives and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, marketing, operations, and BDRs to ensure seamless pre and post sales process
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide consultative advice to clients
  • Provide regular forecast of your business
  • Meet and exceed your individual revenue goals
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new leads
  • Plan travel to your assigned region to build deeper relationships and develop new accounts

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years demonstrated outside sales success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital advertising or media industry. Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable.
  • Hunter Mentality with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through diligent prospecting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an ad agency or organization
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving revenue targets
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CTV industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital advertising space.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred

What you'll be doing as an Account Manager:

  • Partner with the Sales Team to provide an exceptional client onboarding experience
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for clients and internal team members regarding campaign management and execution
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, Product, Vendors) to ensure the goals of your clients are exceeded
  • Build and fortify long-lasting client relationships
  • Grow and retain an existing client base
  • Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell of products and services that will enhance the client's marketing strategy
  • Partner with Ad Operations to manage and execute campaigns (optimization recommendations)
  • Utilize resources to troubleshoot campaigns and find solutions
  • Use data to glean analytics and insights on campaign performance
  • Present data to clients, providing insights and recommendations that will enhance their campaign performance
  • Proactively communicate account opportunities and risks internally, and successfully track important details for your book of business: revenue forecasting, "at risk" account plans, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 3+ years' experience growing and retaining a client base in digital advertising (specifically CTV/OTT) or related industry
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues
  • Experience building trust and rapport with clients to deepen relationships, while also effectively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Organized and high attention to detail
  • Proven experience being creative and utilizing data to tell a story
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google workspace and Google slides
  • Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond do deliver a Best-In Class customer experience
