What you'll be doing as a Digital Sales Director:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals leveraging a full suite of industry tools.

  • Meet and exceed your individual revenue goals.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new leads.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated outside sales success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital advertising or media industry. Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable.
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through diligent prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an ad agency or organization.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CTV industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital advertising space.

What you'll be doing as a Technical Account Manager:

Tag Implementation & Setup

  • Provide customers with expert guidance on pixel and tag deployment, operational best practices, and assist in troubleshooting. Serve as the primary Strategus liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Account Management, Labs, and other relevant teams.
  • Oversee the setup and management of client tracking tags, utilizing GTM, other tag manager solutions, or web development (JavaScript).
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance of advanced client pixel implementations to ensure accurate DSP pixel firing on client websites.
  • Monitor and maintain tag tracking reports to ensure consistent pixel firing across our advertisers and promptly address any instances of pixel removal / malfunctions from client websites.
  • Guide clients in setting up dynamic variable passback to tracking tags, including GTM, other tag manager solutions and web development.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for any technical issues, coordinating across teams to expedite problem-solving and minimize downtime.
  • Identify, address, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide real-time support to clients by joining AM/Sales calls to guide campaign tracking planning, pixel setup and address troubleshooting needs.

HTML5 & Web Development Support

  • Provide technical assistance with HTML5 creative troubleshooting and clickTag coding.
  • Execute limited ad-hoc web development projects for clients (e.g., create JavaScript snippets to trigger image tags on button presses).
    • Note: You are not expected to build complete websites, but a fundamental understanding of how modern websites function is essential.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working with DSPs, including tracking tag implementation (The Trade Desk, Amazon, DV360/Google) and container tag solutions (Cheq & Tealium).
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with ad-hoc web development, including HTML and JavaScript (ability to understand and analyze code).
  • 2-3+ years of experience with website data layer setup, troubleshooting, and usage.
  • Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner
  • Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience interfacing with technical teams
  • Experience with HTTP proxy and monitoring tools such as Tag Explorer, Fiddler, Ghostery, or similar (no specific years, but familiarity and hands-on use are essential).

The target annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience, plus bonus.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Sales Team to provide an exceptional client onboarding experience.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for clients and internal team members regarding campaign management and execution.

  • Creates advertisers within various DSPs to pull pixels and support clients in placing those pixels for accuracy and success of their campaigns and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 3+ years' experience growing and retaining a client base in digital advertising (specifically CTV/OTT) or related industry
  • Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues
  • Experience building trust and rapport with clients to deepen relationships, while also effectively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
