About the Role
Strategus is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent acquisition strategy. We are based in Denver, Colorado and are open to remote candidates. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across all levels of our organization as we scale our operations in the fast-evolving CTV landscape. What You'll Do
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and creative outreach methods
- Cultivate long-term relationships with passive candidates in the programmatic advertising and CTV space
Full-Cycle Recruiting Excellence
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Manage the complete recruitment process from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our company values and strengthen our employer brand
Data-Driven Optimization
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance recruiting efficiency
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on talent market trends and hiring performance
Relationship Building & Networking
- Develop strong internal partnerships across all departments and leadership levels
- Build and leverage an extensive network within the programmatic advertising and CTV ecosystem

What You Bring
Essential Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of successful placements
- 1-2+ years of recruiting specifically within programmatic advertising, with CTV/OTT experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising roles, technologies, and industry landscape required
- Familiarity with CTV/OTT ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and measurement platforms
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools

The target annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 based on experience, plus bonus.
